Inconsistency in colour, size, or handle quality across a large order is the single most common complaint in return gift sourcing. Our production batches maintain colour consistency and structural uniformity. We do not mix production runs for a single order.

We confirm a delivery date at order placement — not a vague "10–14 days." If your wedding is on a fixed date, we work backwards from it. Orders placed less than 10 days before the date: we will tell you honestly if it is feasible rather than commit and fail.
